They add your email under Settings → Collaborators. Takes ten seconds — no new account needed on their side, no password sharing.

Each couple's event appears under "Shared with you" when you sign in. Build the page, manage guests, arrange seating — everything except billing.

Check-in desk on your tablet, welcome screen and slideshow on the projector, gift log with a signed reconciliation report at the end of the night.
