Getting started

From sign-up to wedding day

Five steps. The first three take about fifteen minutes; the last two take care of the big day itself.

1

Create your event & make it yours 💍

  • •From the dashboard, create your event. Then in the Builder tab, fill in your names, date, time and venue. The live preview on the right updates as you type.
  • •Pick a theme (ten looks, from Garden Sage to Imperial Red & Gold), a font for your names, and, if you like, an ambient animation: falling blossoms, doves, fireflies, angpau rain…
  • •Toggle sections on or off: your story, programme, gallery, guest info, money gift, wishes wall. Running an akad + reception? Add each session under Sessions and guests will choose which they’re attending.
  • •In Settings, set your page language (EN / BM / 中文), the opening animation (envelope, scroll, tear, grand doors or curtains), background music, and your RSVP options.
  • •Planning together? Add your partner, a family member or your wedding planner under Settings → Collaborators. They get the full workspace with their own login — publishing, payments and deletion stay with you.

💡 Tip: Everything is free until you publish. Build, preview and change your mind as much as you like.

2

Add your guests (optional, but powerful) 📋

  • •In the Guests tab, add guests one by one or import your list. Each guest gets a personal invite link. When they open it, the RSVP is pre-filled with their name and they can update their answer any time.
  • •You can skip this entirely: share your public link and guests RSVP themselves. Every response automatically becomes a guest entry.
  • •Use Blast to send invites or reminders on WhatsApp. It lines up your guests one by one, each message personalised, sent from your own number.
3

Publish & share 🚀

  • •Hit Publish, pay once for this event (Invite RM88 or Big Day RM188), and your page goes live instantly at your chosen link.
  • •Share from the Share tab: one-tap WhatsApp sharing, or download the QR code to print on your kad kahwin.
  • •Watch responses arrive in the RSVPs tab: pax counts, dietary needs, which side they’re from, and their wishes.
  • •Every guest who accepts gets their own digital pass: a QR for express check-in, add-to-calendar and directions, on a page they can bookmark. It appears right after they RSVP.

💡 Tip: Chasing stragglers? The Guests tab shows who hasn’t replied. Tap Remind to nudge them on WhatsApp.

4

Plan the seating 🪑

  • •In Seating, create your banquet tables and drag guests onto them (or tap-assign on your phone).
  • •Guests can find their own table by name or phone number on the invitation page. Prefer the surprise? Turn on “reveal table only after check-in” in Settings.
  • •Export CSVs any time for your caterer or printer from the Guests tab.
5

The wedding day 🎉 🎊

  • •At the door, open Check-in (or full-screen Desk mode) on a phone or tablet: search a name or scan the guest’s QR pass, tap, done. Recording money gifts? There’s a 🧧 button on every guest.
  • •On the projector laptop, open the Big-screen welcome. It greets each guest by name as they’re checked in, with live arrival counts and wishes.
  • •On your phone, open the Screen remote: switch the projector between the Welcome wall, a photo Slideshow (add photos in the Gallery tab), your wedding Video, and the rolling Thank-you credits, plus music, ambience and backgrounds, all live from your seat.
  • •One rule of the house: tap the screen once at the venue to unlock sound (browsers require it). After that, the remote runs the night.
  • •Recording money gifts? Each entry is stamped with who logged it, and the Gift report (in the Check-in tab) prints an end-of-night reconciliation — count the box together with your family’s appointed person, fill in the physical total, and both sign.

💡 Tip: Do a 10-minute rehearsal the week before: publish, RSVP yourself from another phone, check yourself in, and flip the screens from the remote. You’ll walk in confident.
